Garm
"As the son of Fenrir, Garm is being groomed to become the eventual leader of the Fenrirgard pack. Unlike most of his brethren, Garm was able to fight off the curse that trapped him in human form."
Garm is the Portal Boss of the 
Blood Moon Special Event. He is a Heavy Beast type Monster, a tall, white-furred lycan werewolf with red eyes, wearing ripped clothes covered in simple plate armor.
Combat
Garm has high health and deals Heavy damage, inflicting Dispel on each hit. He also has a high critical chance, and dealing a Critical hit instantly charges his Power, Pack Howl, which restores health or armor to himself and all enemies, as well as granting them the Fury and Focus Status Effects.
