Wintertide is one of the Special Events in Knighthood. It was introduced on December 11, 2019.
Players enter the Sacred Portal and battle Frosten 
Goblins and special 
Troll-type enemies to earn Event Points, which grant rewards at certain amounts. Side Stories and Roaming Monsters specific to Wintertide provide additional Event Points and other rewards.
The Wintertide Heroes are Lukin, Brutus, and Urmas. The Guild Wars monster types are Demon and Cult.
Special Monsters
- Red Rima: Roaming Monster spawning every four hours in the furthest two regions the player has unlocked so far.
- If a player hasn't unlocked the conquest node Rima spawns in a region yet, they will only get spawns in the previous region.
- Kramp Frosthorn: heavy troll that sides with the goblins.
- Frosten Warrior: light goblin that has a chance to inflict Weaken and flee afterwards.
- Frosten Alchemist: magical goblin who heals an ally before fleeing.
- Leppaludi: Troll Guild Boss that may be summoned by all guilds. Event Points are offered upon defeat, along with usual guild boss rewards.
- The Lost Knight: Roaming Monster unlocked after completing the event tree and "The End! Or is it?" quest. Spawning daily at 17:00 local time for 10 hours, he inflicts Expose when hit by the player.
Portal Battle Mode
When the Portal is open (every weekend, from Friday afternoon to Monday morning UTC), players will be able to choose from up to five portal levels, in relation to their current Knight level. Higher portal levels add a percentage of Event Points along with base amounts.

- Level 15: +20% extra points
- Level 25: +50% extra points
- Level 35: +100% extra points
- Level 45: +200% extra points
- Level 55: +300% extra points
Event Points in this mode are earned based on the amount and type of enemies defeated, regardless if winning or losing. Frosten Goblins that ran away during a battle do not count.

Players are given three free attempts per day until the event ends. Once all attempts are used, three additional attempts may be purchased for 120 Gems. Purchasing the Event Pass gives another three free daily attempts for a total of 6 per day.
Event Side Stories
Every Friday, a new set of Side Quests related to Wintertide will be available for the player to complete. These Side Stories expire at the end of the event if incomplete.
Weekly Side Stories
On the first weekend, the player will need to complete some earlier stories before the rest of Week 1 Side Stories appear. After this, each subsequent weekend only requires that the previous week's stories have been completed.

Reward Track
Event Points contribute to unlocking rewards a player may get. Special Edition items are no longer available after the event ends. A second rewards tree is unlocked for those who purchase the Premium Pass. Rewards include Skins, Gold, Chests, Shards of Brutus and Urmas, Shard Dust, Strong vs Goblin, Troll, and Light Equipment, and various Customization items.
