Customization

The Customization Screen

Customization allows the player to personalize their Knight with different cosmetic changes to their appearance. This feature can be accessed by going into the Knight page and tapping Customize in the bottom-right corner. The only exception is the Cape, which can be changed from the main Knight menu.

Customization Types

• Eyes - Changes the section of the Knight around the eyes. Includes glasses, upper masks, and special effects
• Ears - Changes the ears of the Knight. Includes earrings and shape changes.
• Face - Changes the appearance of the lower face. Includes piercings, beards, lower masks, and lipstick.
• Hair - Changes the hairstyle of the Knight.
• Paint - Changes the face paint on the Knight.
• Skin - Changes the skin tone of the Knight.
• Dye - Changes the hair and eyebrow color of the Knight. Can be single color or two-tone.
• Cape - Changes the item on the Knight's back. Includes other back decorations.

Where to Find

Customization items can be obtained through several methods:

• Opening a Customization Chest
• Opening a Free Chest (0.5% Chance)
• As a reward for ranking up in the Arena League
• As a reward for defeating a Mythic Rift Boss
• Purchasing from certain Merchants
• As a reward for earning enough Event Points during a Special Event.

Duplicates

If the player acquires a Customization item they already own, it will automatically be dismantled for Gold (except for Capes, which must be manually dismantled as the player can own multiple of the same one). The following is a list of Gold values for different types of Customization.
