Special Events
Special Events are yearly timed events that players can experience in Knighthood after unlocking the Sacred Portal in Highgard. They involve a special Event Track, which grants rewards based on the player's accumulation of Event Points, which can be obtained through completing Side Stories, defeating Event Roaming Monsters, and battling in the Event Portal, which contains event-unique Monsters at varying levels of difficulty.
Each Event's Portal battles contain a primary type of Monster unique to that event, as well as a secondary type composed of a Faction of Monster from the main Story.
Special Events last for 38 days.

Event Pass
During any Event, a player may purchase an Event Pass for $4.99 USD. This pass unlocks a second set of rewards in the Reward Track, as well as an additional 3 Portal attempts per day.
Gifting
Players in the same Guild may gift each other Event Passes. To do this, a player must go into the Roster from the Guild menu and select the Gift button next to the player they wish to gift.
- The receiving player must have "receive gifts" enabled on their account by going into the Settings menu.
If a Guild member purchases or receives an Event Pass, all other Guild Members receive 2000 Gold via a notification in the Guild Chat.
Mini-Events and Guild Wars
During each Special event, there are a set order of Mini-Events that enhance rewards from different game modes. In addition, each event holds a Guild Wars competition that includes that Special Event's unique Monsters.
