The Skald Cloudcaller is a Support Outlaw Monster first encountered in White Peak. It is a humanoid with pale blue skin and a black beard, wearing strips of red and gray leather armor, a curved horned fur helmet, and runic tattoos, covered in large patches of ice-like crystals, wielding a wooden staff wrapped in red cloth and covered in the same crystals.
Combat
The Skald Cloudcaller deals Support damage, which is not weak to any armor type. Their power is Mist Armor, which restores health or armor to all enemies with a chance to grant Fury and Protect.
