"Omphalotus was first discovered wandering the swamps. It seems he was created by the corrupt magic spreading from the depths of Mirefen."
Omphalotus Rex is one of the Cave Monsters and a Boss in the Mythic Rift in Knighthood. He is a Golem type monster resembling a large, bipedal mushroom with smaller glowing mushrooms growing from his back, arms, and head.
Combat
Omphalotus Rex's Power is Deadly Spores, which deals damage directly to the Knight's health and has a chance to cause Weaken, Acid, and Poison.
