Morcant the Karnonnite

Morcant the Karnonnite is one of the Roaming Monsters found throughout the lands of Knighthood. He is a Magical Cult type monster. He is a dark-skinned bald human in dark gray and red robes covered in cogs, wearing a breathing apparatus and carrying a large metal device affixed with a large cog, wielding a staff with more cog motifs and a green crystal attached to the top. As told by his name, he is a member of The Karnonnites.
Where to Find
Morcant the Karnonnite can be found in The Broken Watchtower, Karnheim. He has a chance to spawn every hour at xx:12 and xx:42, and remains in the world for 20 minutes.
Rewards
Upon defeat, Morcant the Karnonnite gives WIP Upon defeat, Morcant the Karnonnite gives 480 XP and drops Morcant's Chest, which has a chance to contain one of the following:
